Three Bears bootcamp is a 45-50 minute high-intensity cardio class in a super fun environment. Workouts combine bodyweight movements and light to moderate weights for an awesome, high-energy workout that will test your limits! Come join our great community of people - everyone is working hard to meet their goals, just like you! No experience necessary, this class is for EVERYONE and the workouts are always different, so you'll never be bored.
