What to Expect?
Your first step is a discovery call with Trey. You talk through your training experience, ask your questions, and explore your options. No pressure, just a friendly conversation.
From there, Trey helps you pick the right starting point. If you have lifted before, that may be a class. If you are brand new, we may suggest On-Ramp, four personal training sessions, before you join a group.
When you start, expect a welcoming space, expert coaching, and a coach who knows your name and your goals.
